Grant reports
To ensure that grants are used as intended, a report must be submitted after the grant period has ended.
For the following types of grants, a report must be submitted no later than three months after the stated end date:
- Research grants
- Doctoral grants
- Postdoctoral visit grants
- Research-related travel grants
- Literature publishing for researchers
Reports on grants for professional training and projects granted 2026, must be submitted as soon as they are completed, but nevertheless no later than 30th June 2027.
Postponement of the report is applied for through the grant application system.
The reports shall be submitted only electronically.
The foundation reserves the right to recover the grant if not used for the applied purpose.
