For research groups
Is the grant intended for a research group? Read this first!
Note: If you already have an applicant profile but want to apply for a research group, you must create a new applicant profile.
1. Register all members before you start
- Provide the name and personal identity number for every member of the research group.
- Create a group profile in the application portal before you begin filling in the application.
- You cannot add new members after you have started the application.
2. Missing a personal identity number?
You can add these later via the Correspondence function in the application system.
Never send personal data by regular email.
Checklist
✔ Submit the application as a research group – not as an individual.
✔ Include all members in the group profile.
✔ Ensure the grant is paid directly to each member.
✔ Report any changes via the Correspondence function.
Important about payment
Have you already requested payment?
If you applied as an individual and requested payment, you must account for employer costs when distributing funds to other members.
We report all awarded grants to the Tax Administration. If the funds are not distributed among members, the entire amount will be reported as paid to you.

Log in to the application system and correct the details using the Correspondence function.
